Antica Napoli is the first and only Pizzeria in Charleston to be certified as True Neapolitan Pizza by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN). our pizza is hand-tossed and cooked in a wood-fired oven that is at least at 900 degrees, yes that is right 900 so that the pizza can cook within 60 and 90 seconds as required by the AVPN disciplinary.
